Is Life Better Oblivious

When you start managing your mind and you become aware of all your negative thoughts, a common thing to want to do is to pull the covers up and stay in bed.

Only, staying in bed doesn’t feel as good as it used to because now you know what you didn’t know.

Think about your life before you were aware. A lot was probably going on. You have kids to take care of. Dishes to do. Laundry to fold. Bathrooms to clean. Floors to mop.

There was a lot of yelling and feelings of discontent and overwhelm.

Then you started paying attention to your thoughts and now the only thing that seems different is that you are aware of the negative thoughts. You want to go back to how it was before, being oblivious.

But do you really? Is your life really that much different now that you know?

You’re at the turning point. You can decide to make your life better or you can keep floating along, hoping things turn out for the better.

To help you want to make your life better, I want you to think about your future. I want you to embrace the fact that your thoughts create your results. I want you to start thinking in a way that creates a better life for you. The only way to grow is to go through the discomfort. You can’t grow if you don’t learn what you didn’t know.

If you like the results you have in your life, keep doing what you’re doing. It’s working. But, if you want different results in your life, start paying attention to the results you do have and think about what you were thinking when you created those results. Do thought downloads and models EVERY DAY.

You can only change by changing, and it’s not going to happen overnight. If you do this work daily, you will get to where you want to be.

feel it

In short, I do not think life is better oblivious. I think life is more enjoyable when you have a goal and you work hard for what you want. It doesn’t matter if your goal is to be the best mom ever and it’s okay if your goal is to start a business or write a book. The thing that matters is that your goal matters to you.

And then live your life knowing that there is going to be discomfort. Knowing that it’s going to feel negative half the time.

Be aware of all of it and increase your experience of life.
